Quality of Life Updates

Alright my fellow Scallywags! I have some great news from the high seas!

Arsenic & Lace has been updated to bring it more inline with what was presented in Sword & Backpack: Reforged. Some of the updates include:

• Removed the mathematical bonuses in lieu of an advantage mechanic (rolling 2d20 and taking the highest result)
• All or nothing combat
• Various grammatical and formatting errors 

With that being said, some setting specific flavor has remained:

• Critical hits
• Armor saves
• Resolve costs for magic
• Deadly black powder
